Sound Implementation (UDK) - USB Drive

I built this level using the Unreal engine with a focus on interactivity and sound implementation through Kismet. More than anything, it was good practice in importing custom sound effects into a workable package. The level itself was designed to be a loose interpretation of a USB drive; the player plugs in the drive to gain access, then searches through the drives folders, scanning files.

With the exception of a few pre-made sounds, such as UDK default footsteps and gunshots, all sounds were pulled from SCAD libraries and edited via Pro Tools.

An excerpt Kismet sequence setting up initial ambient sounds, force field interactivity, and opening the huge door. I enjoy using visual scripting interfaces. Quickly and accurately being able to implement ideas is very satisfying.
