The total area is 270 square meters.
The composition of the walls is a reinforced concrete frame filled with aerated concrete blocks.
Radical approach of facades design. This is a complex of buildings on two pieces of land -
the main two-story house with a open to below made of large stained-glass windows.
Also includes SPA complex.
The project is made in one color, several shades of gray and black. Designed for a site in Leningradskaya area.
The finishing is thermoplanken, painted in black dark gray anthracite with metal sheet inserts.
A bit of a dark gray tint has been added to the glass as well.
The internal drain is located next to one of the vent stack. The terrace faces north, towards the river.
Sauna with terraces is made with the same finishing materials.
Layouts is based on the personal customers wishes.
At the entrance there is a hall with access to the garage and boiler room, as well as a dressing room, a general hall, a bathroom at the entrance, a free-use room, and laundry room, (another one on the second floor). From the garage you can get into the pantry at the kitchen, and from there to the kitchen-living room.
The living room kitchen has a fireplace area with stairs to the second floor, a TV area and a kitchen area with an kitchen island and access to the terrace.
2nd floor
The open staircase of the kitchen-living room leads to the second floor to the common hall from where you can get to the master bedroom.
Other bedrooms with guest function
so the main focus is on the master bedroom.
Hamam on the second floor with a small spa complex complements the master bedroom.

Spa complex with its own boiler room, a large dressing room, a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a dressing room, a large washroom, two showers, a Russian sauna and a hammam.
From the dressing room we get to the terrace overlooking the
water with a separate font.
The two buildings are adjacent and in the future may be connected to each other with a terrace.
