In this project, I redesigned the packaging for Calico Critters' limited 25th anniversary edition toys. The original packaging used a large piece of plastic, and was also secured with leather straps and tape. However, the plastic was easily damaged during transportation, so I eliminated this part of the material in the new design and replaced it with another method of fixing the toy, making the use of materials more environmentally friendly. At the same time, because the way of playing this toy is to allow children to use their own imagination and make up their own stories, so I made a pop-up structure inside the package, which can not only attract children's attention when displayed in stores, but also allow their toys to have a mini scene of their own. In this scene, they can use it as a stage to show their stories and give full play to their imagination.
