Japanese Tea Room in GUC I

Japanese Tea Gethering is an ancient ritual that started in China and spread to Japan and became a deeply rooted even religious ritual of drinking and serving tea. 

It deals with the soul and psyche, The purpose of having this tea gathering or room in Egypt is to teach people about thr Japanese culture and make people appreciate the little things in life. It is intended in this project inside the GUC Campus targeting students, so they can have a place to relax and refresh themselves, and learn the way of the tea.
The following are all slides from the presentations that include the research and final work for the past semester.
Here was the comparison of materials between Egypt and Japan, both countries had 3 similarities in materials, they were popular and economic.

An analysis for Egyptian Behavior and appreciation towards Tea.
Field Work, In a workshop were they make potery and I tried to work with the clay and got the chance to ask questions about the process.
The out come from the field work, I made these cups.
The next steps was to explore styles and people who made the chawan or the tea bowl.
