For the mystical forest theme of Niche's 2014/2015 lineup, I chose to create a forest guardian inspired by the classic green man motif. Found in many cultures around the world and throughout the ages, the green man is commonly interpreted as a symbol of rebirth in the seasonal life cycle of vegitation.
