One of the things I find the most soothing is working with farm animals. I like interacting with them, although at first they might seem stupid, they are actually very clever animals. They are very like people, each one has its own personality and voice, but they don’t judge you. The sheep in this picture are a breed called Soway so all of them, including the ewes (the female sheep) have horns.
The other thing I find soothing is watching the sun set. I am very lucky as I live in a dark sky area of the country so there is no noticeable light pollution to obscure the sun. One of the biggest draws for me to watching the sun set is that it is different every time, depending on the time of year, the area of the country and the levels of cloud. I also love how it creates random shapes and colours on the horizon.
