I was tasked in my advanced typography class to create a typeface that was inspired by an established typeface. As a result the Sigma Blade typeface was born. It is based on the Prisma typeface, but Sigma Blade differentiates itself by being filled in and adds notches to bring complexity and visual interest to an otherwise simplistic, minimalist typeface.
