First attempt. I forgot to rasterize the font for "7". Since it is a test, I used a thick wood board, it didn't fit with the clock part. I have decided to try with thinner wood, half thickness, and also some arrangements with numbers placement, because I felt it is too placed at the edge of the round. I couldn't make circle lines all lined up equally, so I adjusted when I tried 2nd time.
2nd attempt. I bought two thin white boards just in case. As I made circle lines equally, I have decided to use thinner line to make it close to the record. Since I wanted to edge lines darker colour, I have tried some power adjustments with laser cutter, I have made the movement slower around 60 % so that the laser would edge lines slowly so it may make some difference. This time because the setting of the board failed (I have set for quarter inch wood I think), it didn't edge clearly and didn't cut as well. Also, somehow the top of the clock didn't fit in and it was cut out. To solve this problem, I reset x and y axis settings of the laser cutter, and it is fixed. For the wood setting, I have used same setting as what I did for the first protocol. 
The laser cutter made some unique natural designs on the clock, which works pretty well with it and I didn't touch anything to fix this.
This is the finished one using thin wood board. Everything is edged and cut properly and actually thinner round circles work a lot better with clock and some unique natural designs by the laser cutter.
Acryl numbers that will fit in to the spaces in the clock. I have used acryl board which is thicker than the clock wood, it may give some 3D effects.
final product. I put art paper at the back so that acryl numbers will not come off. And, the white color can see through the numbers.
