Комплекс URBAN STREET покликаний створити новий якісний громадський центр мікрорайону Озерна і розвантажити центр міста, адже він розташований в межах пішохідної доступності мікрорайону і на важливих транспортних магістралях, що робить проект актуальним для всього міста. URBAN STREET complex is designed to create a new high-quality public center in the Ozerna district and unload the city center, as it is located within walking distance of the district and on important highways, which makes the project relevant for the whole city. In addition, this location will be part of the mandatory tourist program. Everyone will be interested to visit such an object.

According to the first idea, the basis of this complex should be a modern retail food market, and around it should develop service and trade facilities. Дуже великий перепад рельєфу продиктував рішення, яке полягало у створенні споруди, яка з однієї сторони має 2-3 рівні, а з іншого боку - 1 рівень. Таким чином соруда вирішувала як візуальну проблему перепадів так і конструктивну - посилення земляних відкосів.

Через довжину споруди вздовж двох вулиць по 100м, фасад потрібно було розбити на кілька блоків, кожен з яких здебільшого мав вертикальне членування для того, щоб зменшити ефект довжини. А щоб додати цікавості і об’ємності фасадам було використано прийом фасадної зломів, що надало образу споруди ще більшої незвичності і сучасності. Великі площини скла, цегли і металу в комбінації роблять споруду строгою і вишуканою.
Окрім того із сторони вул.Січових Стрільців споруда посаджена на складний рельєф з поздовжнім ухилом 6-7%. Тому окремі блоки були розділені також і в рівнях, щоб забезпечити 100% комфортну доступність до всіх приміщень і при цьому не застосовуючи ніяких підпірних стін чи інших дороговартісних конструктивних рішень.

And to add interest and volume to the facades, the technique of facade burglary was used. Large planes of glass, brick and metal in combination make the building austere and elegant.
In addition, on the side of Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, the building is planted on relief with a longitudinal slope of 6-7%. Therefore, the individual blocks were also divided into levels to ensure 100% comfortable access to all rooms without the use of any retaining walls or other costly design solutions.

Відомо, що місто славиться своєю любов’ю до керамічної цегли. Фасади з цегляним оздобленням у місті зустрічаються повсемісно і в різних епохах. Тому перше бажання було знайти місце для неординарного фасадного рішення із застосуванням фасадної цегли. Також цікавою особливістю було розташування першої будівлі на розі вулиць, тому кутовий триповерховий елемент споруди на контрасті з сусіднім багатоповерховим будинком повинен був привертати увагу. Для цього було прийняте рішення виконати його з поперечними фасадними ребрами, які створюють цікаву гру світло-тіні і привертають увагу перехожого з далекої відстані.

It is known that the city is famous for its love of ceramic bricks. Facades with brick decoration in the city are found everywhere and in different eras. Therefore, the first desire was to find a place for an extraordinary facade solution with the use of facade bricks. Another interesting feature was the location of the first building on the street corner. So the corner three-story element of the building was designed to attract attention. To do this, it was decided to do it with transverse facade ribs, which create an interesting play of light and shadow and attract the attention of passers-by from a distance.
