Recess. is an interactive exhibition designed to allow guests the freedom to leave behind their hectic lifestyles and simply play. As guests enter the space, they will be prompted to choose a colored marker. Each guest has complete freedom to color, write, or draw as much or as little as they want. By taking the time to step into our exhibit and participate, we hope to encourage a sense of personal well-being in our guests.

 

In collaboration with Kameron Neal, I have developed, drawn and overseen the design of every element in the show and thoroughly documented the entire process. Preparing for the exhibition has given me the opportunity to lead others, balance creativity and effectively manage time.
