DUNKIN' SINGAPORE — VOUCHER REDESIGN

As a service crew of Dunkin Singapore, there are major problems with how the design of the voucher is perceived:
1. Customers misunderstood that the discount voucher is a gift voucher and it holds monetary value.
2. Customers may get angry due to miscommunication from the crew and the customer.
3. The crew would have to repeatedly mention that you would need to pay $6.50 to redeem the voucher which is time consuming and may affect the queue behind if not communicated properly.
4. If not properly mentioned, customers will only realise that the voucher is a discount voucher upon checkout and will be forced to either choose to pay, or leave it. Customers may get agitated due to the miscommunication. From the customers' point of view, they do not know that they have to pay for this "discount voucher".
