A tasty cottage cheese casserole for children which is baked in the oven! Choose fresh foods and cook a hearty dish for breakfast. Serve with jam, berries, fruits or nuts.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese 1 cups
Eggs 1 pcs.
Milk 1,5 tbsp.
Semolina flour 4,5 tbsp.
Butter 1 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar to taste
Sugar 4,5 tbsp.

1. Take the foods out of refrigerator in advance, let it stand for about 10 minutes. Break eggs in a bowl and add sugar. Beat this mixture with mixer, fork or whisk.
2. Then add cottage cheese and milk. Beat the mixture until smooth.
3. Melt the butter in a microwave or in a pot, then add to other ingredients.
4. Pour in semolina flour and beat. Add vanilla sugar, mix well and let it stand for about 15-20 minutes. Transfer this batter to the baking dish, greased with butter. Bake to 356 F for half an hour.
