This project is for a house extension to accommodate theclients need for utility space, storage and a place for quite reflection. The sitehas a large sloping garden and this is exploited an additional room under themain extension that serves the garden area. The large need for a utility areawithin the home lead to the design of a utility room with a drying room that isopen to the west elevation. The extension makes use of the views offered to thesouth looking over the city.
