Futuristic Contactless Welfare Centre : World Vision

Futuristic Contactless Welfare Centre
-
150 million people are in extreme poverty due to the pandemic of COVID-19. This project is to design a   welfare centre with contactless design to support children, families and communities which provide daily essential, basic education, job opportunity and health care to address extreme poverty and injustice. Designing a new user experience for a contactless welfare centre is just putting a stop to any potential spread of the virus by limited physical contact with building infrastructure. Therefore, contactless design is defined to remain a model for our life.
/Consultation Area/
-
The consultation area is divided into several separate areas to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Besides that, outdoor water features purify the air since flowing water produces negative ions that attract dust and allergens and remove them from the air. Water features help cool the surrounding air, too. Studies show that running water relieves stress and even decreases blood pressure and heart rate. Water calms the mind.
/Chill Out Area/
-
A chill-out space is a place to relax and find some peace after a long day at work, especially it has plenty of natural light and ventilation. In addition, indoor plants absorb carbon dioxide and keep oxygen flowing, they purify the air by removing toxins, help to deter illness, ease tension and lower stress, create a relaxed and happy ambience.
/Timeline/
-
A timeline is where important events are listed in the order in which they occurred, and visitors can use a digital screen to view history or background. The design is like a tunnel to a future world, full of mysteries.
/Discussion Area/
-
The futuristic discussion area allows students to have discussions, exchange ideas and opinions about a topic. Ventilation moves outdoor air into a building or an open space and distributes the air within the building or room. In this case, it has enough air circulation with a limited number of people. Thus, it helps to limit the spread of COVID-19.
/Library/
-
The entrance to the library is like a door to the fourth dimension, full of futuristic. In addition, illuminated glass panels are made to replace conventional fluorescent ceiling lights, and designed to mount on both flooring and recessed ceilings. they consume less power to give the same lightning when compared to other types of lights. So, in general, all the LEDs are energy efficient as they reduce your bills up to 80%. Futurism is marked by minimalist creativity which equates to distinctively shaped pieces of furniture or space design compared to other design.
/Canteen/
-
Arch acts as a divider to limit the number of users at a time. Also, food runner robots serve more tables and customers can get their food faster without physical contact.  Designing a new user experience for a contactless welfare centre is just putting a stop to any potential spread of the virus by limited physical contact with building infrastructure. Therefore, contactless design is defined to remain a model for our life.
/Activity Area/
-
A fun and meaningful personal challenge, 30 hour Famine is a space where people come together to help others and grow personally — all while having a lot of fun. It’s a space to learn about global hunger and raise funds to help families in need create sustainable food solutions. the activity area is designed in a Zen style. When it comes to furnishings, Zen style is characterised by clear, clean-cut, unfussy lines. Choose natural materials that convey a sense of depth and a warm welcome, with simplicity and sophistication the concepts to keep in mind. Last but not least, fibre optic star ceilings also add that finishing touch to a dedicated activity area. Fibre optics can also be used in a huge range of other innovative lighting applications, both indoors and out.
/Bedroom/
-
A general space theme will usually include space exploration and solar systems. There's also potential to include aliens, Star Wars, Dr Who, Star Trek, robots, a cyberpunk setting, and more. All of the above are children's favourites. In addition, bunk beds are a great way to create more space. Since both the beds are connected vertically, the space occupied by two beds becomes equivalent to the space occupied by one bed. This arrangement creates more playing space and openness within a small bedroom. Most bunk beds ensure clever utilisation of space.
/Semi-Outdoor Basketball Court/
-
Despite these limitations, the good news is that it is just generally a good idea to exercise more, whether or not inactivity is a major risk factor for COVID-19. Being more active improves health and wellbeing and reduces the risk of developing diseases. In people already living with long-term health conditions, it can also improve disease management and outcomes. A semi-outdoor basketball court is your personal fitness club. Basketball works the core of your muscles and helps you stay fit and healthy.

/Infinity Pool/
-
Infinity pools are safe, most users are children. the disappearing edge is a visual trick, not an actual disappearing edge. If you swim up to the edge of the pool, you'll reach a wall. Swimming pool water inactivates the Covid-19 virus in 30 seconds, according to a new study. The findings, which have not been published in a peer-reviewed journal, suggest the risk of transmission of Covid-19 in swimming pool water is incredibly low.
