I created a book entitled spontaneous effort with text provided, and connected it with a random object that I choose from a bin of items. I photographed the object and used the images in the book. My object was circular and rectangular stickers. I decided to use an embossing effect on the images, along with different colors to give the images an interesting aesthetic quality. This gave the images a very abstract look. I decided to add the embossed effect to the headings and pull quotes to relate them. I used similar colors that were in the images to help create unity throughout the book. Each spread utilized a dominant color in the image and a secondary color image to create unity.
