To identify and quantify the procedural changes of transferring from face-to-face sessions (workshops, remote team interactions, classroom activities, large-scale conferences, and project-based work) to virtual.

Survey - data collected over the first 3-8 months of the pandemic
Interviews - with both industry pros and others looking to change
Cultural Probe - what are the ways people are facilitating

Manuscript documenting the X's and O's behind how to best go digital in an analog world. 
With the help and support of the Gamestorming community, this project was executed using an all-volunteer staff. Nearly eight people volunteered throughout the project all of which played many different roles. It was time-consuming, challenging, and yet a ton of fun.
