>> Solution: A cookbook for people with Celiac’s Disease that people  could use and not feel like they were dealing with their disease. It was my goal to create an aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate volume that has everything from basic bread recipes to more complicated desserts and cakes to simple snacks that people without Celiac’s might take for granted.
