I'm in a place where I feel safe to share my emotions and dark thoughts, its a way of self expression when words don't seem enough. Take it as a coping mechanism for me.
Therefore I am safe. I am getting professional help when asked for. I am stable during my time of posting this kind of content. You do not need to worry.
I hope for others to become brave enough to freely express their emotions, whether its confidential or openly known to anyone who is a safe guard and emotional support, I have been shamed for doing this, it has upset others greatly, but mental health isn't something to find easy to accept.
I continue on with my work for people to understand that their emotions and mental health should not be pushed away and they will be accepted and seen as a form of communication.
