「 Conservation 」
以老鷹翅膀和刀架交錯的設計，表達獵殺動物和保護之間的涵義，刀架底部含有紫外線燈，能旋轉對刀具和廚房進行殺菌。
使用上的設計考量以手持「人因工學」自然角度取用與置放，
並且使刀刃與造型羽翼形成視覺上的視覺層次。
With the design of eagle wings and knife holder interlaced,
it expresses the meaning between hunting animals and protection.
The bottom of the knife holder contains ultraviolet lamps, which can
rotate to sterilize the knives and the kitchen.
The design considerations in use are taken and placed at a natural angle
of hand-held "ergonomics", and the blade and modeling wings form a visual level.
