These are quick sketches to study form and mark making using different tools with ink. I've used a paintbrush, reed, sticks and charcoal to create marks. I am Still drawn to the subject of fruit. I find the more warm-up drawings I do the happier I am with the results.

I included this as it connects to my other work in its style. As I produce more and more work I often repeat ways of making marks that I have enjoyed using in previous pictures. In this one I have used contiuous line to create flow and energy.
