Chinese poster created by Zhang Yuqing. He was one of the most prolific artist between the 1950-1960s. He was able to create posters that showed the life of China during the reign of Mao. He was able to show the daily life and how women were helping society, which is uncommon in Asian cultures. This poster is one of my favorites from his collection because he was able to show women being congratulated for being parachuting. Not sure if they were in the army or not but the art work is amazing.
