For the front cover, i decided to use an angled shot from street level of the building that fills the entirety of the page. The name of the building is overlaid above the image, and given a slight transparency.
The entire newsletter features a simple blue and grey color scheme, drawn from the building itself. The layout is somewhat geometric to mimic the building.
The image of city hall in front of the building on the right side of the spread is the only photo of the building that I didn't take. All other imagery, except for the photo of Helmut Jahn on the next page, is my own.
The back cover ends on a large pull quote, describing Liberty Place.
