El espacio se modificó teniendo en cuenta las características propias de esta zona: Su paisaje, su geología, la cultura indigena Guané, etc. Podría decirse que se trata de un estilo Neo-Colonial que hace honor a su arquitectura general al introducir nuevos materiales y configuración sintáctica acorde al lineamiento cultural de éste memorable lugar.
