Derry is a city in Northern Ireland. It was established around the 6th century. Derry is know for it's history and culture. The city centre is surrounded by a wall that was built in the 17th century by the planted Scottish and English to keep the local Irish out. The wall consists of 7 gates and 24 canons. My small selection of images highlights the walls as well as other architectural features of the city.
