SOCIAL HOUSING PROTOTYPE / PROTOTIPO DE VIVIENDA SOCIAL (2019)
This Sustainable competition project aimed at improving the vulnerable habitat, through the implementation of integrated strategies of sustainability, productivity and habitability. Our solution is based on a system of modular and progressive growth, which includes a self-constructed module for flexible expansion. The use of piles protects the houses from soil moisture and environmental conditions, making them suitable for the three microclimates studied.

Concurso de vivienda social sostenible orientado a mejorar el hábitat vulnerable en el páramo de Sumapaz, Colombia, mediante la implementación de estrategias integradas de sostenibilidad, productividad y habitabilidad. Nuestra solución se basa en un innovador sistema de crecimiento modular y progresivo de viviendas rurales, que incorpora un módulo semilla de autoconstrucción para su ampliación flexible. El uso de pilotes protege las viviendas de la humedad del suelo y de las condiciones ambientales, haciéndolas aptas para los tres microclimas estudiados.
