The concept for QQQ begins with a question: “When does the waiting for a medical appointment really begin?” The conventional response to the question would be at the registration counter. However, by probing deeper, one will realise that the waiting actually begins at the point of intention: the moment when the user realises that he/she needs to take action over an issue.
