NOSTALGIA - Creative Shots Over the Years

I started learning photography when I was on the 8th Grade (year 2008). It was all out of fun. I remember learning photography with no camera of my own. I became a photojournalist with no camera of my own; I kept on borrowing from my friends. Finally after some time, my parents bought me an entry level Nikon D40x. And since then, I have never stopped learning. And I believe thats the most exciting part of Photography: LEARNING.

Here I showcase most of my favorite shots over the years, highlighting my learning stage of photography, which I believe is integral to who I am as a Professional Photographer.
This is me on the year 2012. Spent most of the year learning about portaiture and off-camera lighting.
Shiehk Hamad Bin Khalifa - Taken during my brother's convocation (2015)
2009 - It was my first time to join a Photo competition, and it was a REGIONAL competition (YFC Mid. East Conference)

"Fixation on the Darkness" -- This was my entry, AND IT WON 1st PLACE!!!
2015 - I joined another Photo Competition, this time it is an International Conference.

"Distracted" - I have captured this on the year 2012 from a First Holy Communion of my cousin. And I submitted this as my entry

IT WON 1st PLACE!!!
Year 2012 - I have spent most of the year learning about portaiture and off-camera lighting. and these are my favorite outputs.
One of our most DIY setup. This was a fun-shoot with friends where we tried to do Macro shots.
