Slowing fast fashion

SLOWING FAST FASHION is an audiovisual project based on the concept of promoting slow fashion. Emphasizing on the importance of shopping for secondhand clothing and from sustainable local designers, in order to respect the environment and the lives that are in danger due to the industry of fast fashion.

We want to show that style isn’t about frantic consumption and increasing novelty, and it can still be obtained in an ethical and ecological way.

In this fashion film all clothes are second hand, upcycled, or from local independent artists, and prove that slow fashion can still be aesthetic and follow the latest trends.

The video itself is a metaphor for fast fashion, and its increasing speed and chaos represents the effects of this industry and the lifestyle it promotes and creates of constant consumption.
