The Arbiter

The arbiter: a sphinx who is in charge of keeping ancient tomes and murals safe from prying eyes. His library is located deep in the jungle, which is why I wanted to do a rather nontraditional sphinx. I decided after a few iterations of birds to go with a blue-and-yellow macaw and a black panther to pair together for this creature.
