Mark Schraad is a seasoned, principled, scientific leader with a demonstrated record of efficient and effective management and administration of large, complex, organizations and programs. He currently works as a Division Leader for the X-Computational Physics (XCP) Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he is responsible for leadership, management, and administration of a multi-disciplinary scientific organization, with 8 technical groups and approximately 300 staff, post-doctoral researchers and students.
