Earlier In India, people used to regard their parents with utmost respect and used to worship them as god, but the grim realities of today’s world are totally divergent. Parents are seen as a burden by the children which nobody wants to carry. This is the reason many parents are found in miserable conditions roaming here and there or dumped in old age homes. It is hideous how mercilessly parents are being abandoned by their children.
This project is of based on the same issue creating a sense of awareness and impact on the current generation. The expected impact is to sensitise children about their own parents. Make them understand that its very pathetic to illtreat the ones who gave you birth, who is the cause of your existence. Also to make elderly aware of their rights and make them realise that their happiness matters.
