Redesign of one of the most popular men’s defensive lacrosse heads of all time, the STX
X10. The material was updated to reduce weight and add stiffness, while maintaining
consistency in all weather and humidity. The overall shape of the product was updated to
improve overall performance and meet the needs of defensive players. This product features strike plates on the exterior for checks, and the Speed Scoop for smooth ground ball pickup while providing string protection.

This was a project included initial research, including interviews with players and coaches, multiple rounds of product iteration and user testing, aesthetic ideation, CAD modeling, revisions and producing manufacturing specks. Responsible for all edits to the product throughout the manufacturing process.
