By far my favorite design project for the conference was the watercolor, conference program. Because the program contains sensitive materials, I can't share most of the inner pages. 

The design was a combination of modern and traditional, and used colors throughout the program to help attendees find the correct room for each session.

Additional conference materials included a hanging banner, a standing banner, door signs, a tote bag, participant directory, a t-shirt, and name tags.

The name tags were probably the biggest hit at the event. It was easy to find who you were looking for if you had a question, and we added a simplified schedule on the back. People came up to us at the event to thank us for making their life easier.

Of course a lot of marketing materials went out over social media as well. 

And one big mailing with a special event flyer.

Overall, the event and the marketing was such a huge success that we received several requests to hold another one soon.
