(MY AMAZON PROJECT SUCCESS STORY)
This was the first project that I got after completing my Amazon VA training. I started work on the project. First of all, I started product research and within 15 days I found a winning product having low competition and high demand. I did a lot of research to finally selecting that product having low FBA fee and low shipping cost.
I started work on sourcing. Fortunately, I source that product at the best prices in which our profit margin was up to 41%.i found the supplier having lowest product right and high quality having low freight forwarder cost. I created a dummy listing for that product after a lot of competitors analysis and keyword research. Make shipment plan and send the box labels and item labels to Alibaba supplier.
I created a listing for that product after a lot of competitors analysis and keyword research or search terms. Made 3D modeling of products to attract the attention of amazon buyers.
At initial we were worried because in the first 15 days we don't get even a single sale. After that, I started implementing different strategies. Our product starts ranking and after 21 days of product launch, we get our first organic sale. Our listing starts ranking and our sales go on increasing day by day. Then I started a PPC campaign to strengthen the brand and to increase sales. Initially, ACOS was very high but I keep on optimizing the campaign and finally, our ACOS start decreasing
