Leadership Development Program progress map
The company was working on developing a new leadership development program and reached out to us to help create a "map" that could guide participants as they moved through their journey. They wanted something that resembled a "pirate map" or the board game "Candyland" but still wanted to keep the design within our brand standards.
Using AmerisourceBergen's illustration guidelines, I created this map. Each week of the program is a destination sign and along the trail participants pass through different landmarks such as "Management mountain" and "Coaching canyon" where they are encouraged to practice good business habits. The circular markers for each week were kept white so that as participants moved through the map, they could fill in each circle and mark their progress. Overall the team was very pleased with the design.
All of the illustrations were made in Adobe Illustrator from scratch.
