Problem: During my work in a Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, I encountered the issue that the Ukrainian market of electronic document management systems is filled with complex and outdated software. Despite numerous training sessions, users still struggle to understand how to solve their tasks within the system.
Systems are overwhelmed with a multitude of icons, tabs, buttons, and complex terms. The interface tends to confuse users rather than assist them in their work.
Task: Design a modern electronic document management system that is both user-friendly and functional. The result is below :)
