The goal for this project was to create an illustration that emulated the feeling of this article; millennials being burnt out. I completely felt this way throughout this last semester so this somewhat turned into a self portrait. The to-do list was meant to feel like it was restraining the girl. I placed the image above her as a juxtaposition and also just to reiterate the idea that so many of us act like everything is good on the outside but internally we feel like we're about to explode. I wish people would be more transparent with their feelings at times and this was how I felt it would be best represented.
