Designed to look like a futuristic registration form, this fan created content highlights Cloud Imperium Games' upcoming space simulator, "Star Citizen". It's destined to be the Best Damn Space Sim Ever.
Following is a Form I made to present to a couple buddies as "Gift Certificates" for for Christmas. I wanted them to have something official looking. So I made The UEE - Starship Registration Form! It is an editable PDF with drop down menus for Manufacturer, Model and Year. It also has editable fields to type in Pilot's Name, Ship Name, etc. I'm sharing it here for everyone. Feel free to type in your own information in the editable fields and print up a copy for each of your ships! They look great on display in your hangar.
