This project was created as an assignment that asked me to create 5 black and white, fully inked sketches that each demonstrate a different key principle of design. 

This inked sketch was created to demonstrate the principle of design; Movement. It also demonstrates golden mean and radiation. 

This inked sketch was created to demonstrate the principle of design; Negative Space. It also demonstrates knockout, tension, pattern, bleed, and kiss. 

This inked sketch was created to demonstrate the principle of design; Symmetry. It also demonstrates tension and repetition. 

This inked sketch was created to demonstrate the principle of design; Golden Mean. It also demonstrates tension and repetition. 

This inked sketch was created to demonstrate the principle of design; Asymmetrical balance. It also demonstrates the golden mean, bleed, and repetition.

These were the thumbnails for my Principles of Design Project these two sheets in particular were for my Golden Mean and Asymmetrical Balance designs, respectively. My final was number 8 from both pages.
