THE BRIEF:
The brief required me to write a radio ad marketing the promotion and competition with relation to the combo deal being marketed as a way to stay warm during winter. The marketing team required the radio ad to be completed on the day, which is something Vega would refer to as a ‘speed brief.’
MY EXECUTION:
The radio ad broadcasted the new winter promotion, advertising the popular assorted Corner Bakery sausage roll and Equatorial coffee to customers. The radio ad encourages customers to purchase the winter combo and promotes the K-Way jacket competition. It aired on three popular radio stations in Namibia (Radiowave, Fresh Fin, and Omulunga Radio.) The radio advert, like most radio ads needed to be 30seconds.
