App Yearbook Cover Upload

The Problem
During our peak season of yearbook printing, many schools' book covers are not set up properly. We offer a soft cover and hard cover option. The problem was that we only offered a way to upload their cover art to one cover that would be used for both soft and hard, thus making their artwork off-center on the hardcover.
The Solution
The goal was to help the user create their own cover, and to prevent reprints.
Working closely with the Product Manager, we mocked up iterations of how we could give the user the ability to upload two different covers, and what would the flow look like. We landed on having a soft cover and hard cover in the user's book.

The implementation of this reduced reprints of yearbooks, reduced the number of customer support tickets, reduced unhappy schools who received their yearbooks with covers printed off-center, ultimately saves TreeRing money.
When editing the page, a button "Copy to Softcover" gives the user a quick way of transferring their art into the other book cover type, allowing for less mistakes.
For extra precaution we added a modal window that opens up each time one opens up a cover, which states a reminder to design both cover types.
