This is the project for the "Advertising Campaign" course I took at the university.  The topic was based on the fiction that the African-American artist "Jean-Michel Basquiat" would have an exhibition in Istanbul. I prepared posters for the exhibition.

I started by researching the artist's life. I tried to understand the language of his drawings. I was impressed by the colours he chose and the characters he created. I prepared illustrations based on the idea of combining Basquiat's drawing language with a structure that symbolises Istanbul.
