Actual Proof Coffee is a coffee shop that sells quality craft coffee drinks...all out of a college apartment window. From pour overs to coffee sodas, all of the drinks are made with locally roasted beans, with house made syrups and recipes. In order to avoid school jurisdiction, the posters are designed to be cryptic, but still draw curiosity for what "Actual Proof Coffee" is.

The name "Actual Proof Coffee" pays homage to Herbie Hancock's song Actual Proof, a jazz fusion song from 1974.
