Cetaphil Rebranding Package Design

For my senior graphic design class, the premise of the first project was to rejuvenate an already existing brand in any market that needed some life or a general change in design direction. I chose the skincare brand "Cetaphil" as the focus of my rebranding since it's relatively well known.

I wanted to take the identity of the brand and add more of a "modern feel" to it by sampling the same blue tone that was a part of the original color palette and the same type application of the logo of the brand and incorporating it into my new design concept. Instead of opting for the green as the other brand color, I kept to a blue gradation application and then incorporated both horizontal and vertical type across the glass bottle label. The idea is to attract consumers to this popular brand and add incentives for purchase with the glass bottle - which would be ideal for sustainable packaging.
