This virtual reality was a big project that I participate in LIGA Facens. I was responsible for modeling and texture the tools and machinery. All models was made using photos and videos inside the production process to replicate exacly the details.
Virtual reality was made to replace the training of new employees, before, new employees need to train on real production lines, making the line slower.
We've perfectly replicated every step of the production line, and now new employees learn to work in a virtual environment, reducing learning time by 80% and training hazard by 100%.
