As a continue to the previous project. The remaining zone left for a commercial building was now at hand. The job was to design a commercial and a community center to serve both, the previously designed complex, and the public city.
With a variety of functions, and a pre-determined dimensions of (20x60m) and a height of 4m per floor and a total of 5 floors including the one basement.
 

A new personal vision of an approach was tried in this project.
The project was in nowhere influenced by the architect but allowed to form itself through the forces of the environment and nature. The exterior to be shaped by site and the interior to be shaped by function. Dividing each of the two (site – function) into categories of issues that needs to be solved. Asking questions, and presenting primarily each of these answers simply alone, so that no solution is influenced by another factor or forced to bent around a specific idea. Then all these ideas where joined together in harmony and integrity.
The result was one of great value aesthetically and functionally... Combines the simplicity of the answers and the complexity of architecture yet presents all functions in perfect status while taking into consideration all possible factors.
