Conceptual Book Cover
Welcome. For this project I design 3 unique covers for the book "All Quiet on the Western Front." In doing so, you will see emphasis on the following: Typography, Physical Element(s), and one using various methods, known as Designer's Choice. Within each, variations of the 7 creative strategies can be found: combination; juxtaposition; isolation; metaphor or simile; change of context/environment; physical/shape similarity; and material change, swap, or focus.
The following are the compositions:
Typography: The emphasis is on the type for this design.
Physical Elements: The emphasis is on the physical element, with the type used to share the title.
Designer's Choice: This is where the only requirement was to stay true to using one, or more, of the 7 creative strategies.
