I based my logo highly off of the effect of music in my life. The whole logo is a pair of headphones with the wires creating my initials and wrapping around themselves. The concept as a whole represents the way in which I feel music has made me who I am. While simplistic I implemented a variation of twists and turns to represent the variety of paths I could have taken but each one led to make up who I am. However in my design, as much as the aspect of the headphones make a representation of me, the symbols of my name also make up the music in representation to how I am a part of the music world through playing guitar and my aspirations to be more a part of it.

I left a lot of space empty space encircled in the middle to establish my stance that in one way or another, music can represent anything in life, through either multiple different perspectives or even the way it is stated. I left the logo in black and white with no fill because I feel that it shows my identity in a pure manner as behind the fancy musical elements lies a pure message with both clear or subtle intentions. I used no specific font partly for the fact that I only had two letters and tried to make the curvature as natural as it possibly would be for headphone wires. I held pretty strongly to the pen tool staying away from most proper shapes, excluding a few circles and a rectangle, because from the start I wanted to try and stay as close to the look and fluidity id established in my free handing as opposed to being restricted to the lines of the French curves
