Kopalnia w obiektywie" to wystawa czasowa, przedstawiająca poprzednie wcielenie miejsca, które na zawsze wpisało się w mapę miasta. Jest to opowieść o dawnej kopalni "Katowice", w budynkach której obecnie znajduje się siedziba Muzeum Śląskiego. Do tego celu zostały wyselekcjonowane fotografie
z archiwalnej kolekcji muzeum, które idealnie ilustrują transformację tego miejsca na przestrzeni lat. Fotografie wykonane przez różnych autorów, upamiętniają pracę górników, którzy w pocie czoła, codziennie wydobywali czarne złoto Śląska.
W ramach tej współpracy miałam przyjemność stworzyć uniwersalny i atrakcyjny key visual, który będzie łączył 13 niezależnych plansz rozproszonych po terenie Muzeum Śląskiego. Każda z plansz jest ponumerowana, aby utrzymać chronologię wydarzeń. W celu odróżnienia tematów, został zastosowany odmienny kolor nadany linii, nawiązującej do szlaku w kopalnianych korytarzach. Wszystkie tematy zostały również wyróżnione, za pomocą ilustracji, których kształty zostały zaczerpnięte ze zdjęcia danej planszy. Przenieśmy się więc w symboliczną podróż, dzięki opowieściom świadków tamtych zdarzeń.

"The Mine in the Lens" is a temporary exhibition presenting the previous incarnation of a place that has become one of the most important landmarks of the city. It is a story about the former "Katowice" mine, the buildings of which are now the seat of the Silesian Museum. For this purpose, photographs from the archival collection of the museum have been carefully selected, in order to illustrate the transformation of this place over the years. Photographs taken by various authors commemorate the work of miners who, in the sweat of their brow, extracted the black gold of Silesia every day.
As part of this cooperation, I had the pleasure to create the universal and attractive key visual that combines
13 independent boards scattered around the Silesian Museum. Each of the boards is numbered to keep the chronology of events. In order to distinguish themes, each line was given a specific color, which corresponds
with the route in the mine corridors. All topics were also highlighted with illustrations, the shapes of which were directly inspired by the photos presented on the boards. I would like to invite you on a symbolic journey back
in time, where the stories are told by the witnesses of those events.
