The overall looking of this design is a man putting a cigarette to his lips. People can use a light source, such as a torch, to light this cigarette. After the cigarette is lighted, there will be some black beads falling into the head, which presents how the chemicals that are hazardous to health go into the body. As more and more people lighted up the cigarette, more and more beads fell into the head and eventually the whole head will be filled into black.
